Chrystle Medina is Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience helping the neurodivergent community.   In 2022, she formed Joyful Behavior Analytic Services, LLC with the goal of providing quality ABA services to neurodivergent individuals and their families using trauma-informed care and assent based services. 

Chrystle has experience working with neurodivergent  children and adults. She specializes in verbal behavior, problem behavior, early intervention, and adaptive skill acquisition. 

Chrystle earned her BCBA in 2018 and has filled many roles in her career including Program Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Program Coordinator, and Clinical Director. Chrystle has also worked in the field across the states of California, Georgia, and is currently practicing in Maryland. She is passionate about helping her learners reach their highest potential and believes that learning should be FUN and play based! She also strongly believes that therapy should be delivered with compassion, ensuring assent is obtained from the learner every step of the way.
